Finding top talent was a challenge due to manual tasks and lengthy screening processes. This traditional approach took eight weeks. Ascendion wanted to find a way to shorten this cycle and improve the quality of talent placed on projects.

Using AI to automate repetitive tasks and deploy top talent faster

Ascendion’s GAIN framework focuses on a synergy between human guidance and AI; it helps us develop AI solutions and guide our journey to become an AI-powered enterprise.

We leveraged GAIN and built an AI-based automation tool to transform and accelerate recruitment. With GenAI, we were able to automate data cleaning, candidate matching, and screening, reducing manual work for recruiters.

Our AI-powered platform has reduced speed-to-talent (the time from talent requisition to an engineer being deployed on a project) from eight weeks to just two!
