Paul Roehrig reviewed the varying discussions surrounding AI, from those that see it as incredibly lucrative, to those that see it as a horror movie waiting to unfold. Paul brought up the concerns that were associated with the creation of technologies in the past, such as steam power and electricity. He explained that every major technical shift has required humankind to balance the ups and downs and that we need to apply that mindset to AI as well.
