Dynamic Dashboard Suite

Our teams built a dynamic, interactive dashboard suite, focusing on revenue, sales pipelines, and costs. We created structured representations of Salesforce data, such as revenue forecast and sales pipeline models to factor in business context and ensure data consistency and accuracy for the four main dashboards: 

Agentforce Analytics

The implementation integrated Agentforce’s conversational analytics feature, Agentforce Analytics. This enables Shield Marine Services users to explore semantic model details and dashboards by asking questions in natural language within the Agentforce panel, quickly surfacing insights in CRM without needing technical skills.
